Paul Constable was born in 1953 in Comox, British Columbia. He attended the Alberta College of Art in Calgary, graduating in 1976. Since 1986, he has been a member of the Saturday Morning Figurative Workshop at the University of Saskatchewan. He teaches evening watercolour classes. His work is owned by many private and corporate collections, including the National Gallery of Canada. Currently, he works as an art director and designer for a communications company in Saskatoon, and is a member of the Graphic Designers of Canada.
